Carolina Reserve Fall Festival and Elevation Fall Festival

I was not in charge of the Fall Festival this year, and was able to just come and help set up and clean up and fill in where needed.  Which was fabulous because A-) we had family in town and B-) the new person in charge of the event was amazing and did an excellent job! The festival was the best yet!  Evin joined us at the festival while Alex was at his soccer tournament.

That evening, while Evin was at her gymnastics tournament, we went to the Fall Festival at Elevation church, so that t  Alex could have a turn at a Fall Festival, too.  They had the most amazing trunk or treat I have ever seen in person.  Each vehicle was a pinterest win!  It was dark outside and very crowded, so I didn't get very good pics at the night time fall festival.  But one of my shots turned out great!  They had tons of animals on this Noah's ark, but no flamingo.  So Molly hopped on board to make sure flamingos were saved from the flood. ;)

When we got home from the festivals, the cousins participated in one of their all time favorite traditions:  THE CANDY SWAP!

I think Ryan got more hay in his candy bag than actual candy.  It is January as I am blogging these pictures and I still found straw when I vacuumed the boys' room yesterday.
